Our quality control team are an integral part of the business. Headed up by the Quality Control Manager Carl ‘Kazen’ Svensson and Lab Technician Declan Thompson.

These guys sample the goods that come into the factory whether this be in the form of scrap, pellets or regrind and using state of the art technology and analytical equipment to help identify the materials and specifications against the data we have available to us.

They carry out a series of tests including melt flow, density, filler content, flexibility, humidity and contamination.

It is imperative that these checks are made and we ensure that they are monitored throughout the production process.

The team will take samples of the finished product before we transport it out to one of our valued customers.

Without the knowledge of the QC team we would be unable to supply our growing customer base.
